The "Entrische Kirche" Gastein...

The show cave is the largest natural cave in the Salzburg Central Alps and one of the most important peripheral zones of the Hohe Tauern.

The natural cave has been nominated for the European Union's "Natura 2000" network of protected areas. This marks the most popular excursion destinations for the whole family. The large cave literally translates as the "eerie cave" and is a partly water-bearing rock and stalactite cave in the gorge limestone. Entry is only possible with a guided tour.
