Gesäuse National Park and Admont Pasture Dome...

Wild water, steep rock - there is no better way to describe the breathtaking scenery of the Gesäuse National Park. At the entrance to the Gesäuse, where the Enns breaks through between the Himbeerstein and Haindlmauer, the only Styrian National Park begins with the loud roar of the river gone wild. Downstream, the brightly glistening limestone and dolomite rocks of the Hochtor Group tower vertically with a direct vertical drop of over 1,800m. Visit the Gesäuse with one of our national park rangers. They know the area like the back of their hand, the countless plants and animals, the most beautiful power spots and legendary stories that surround the "wild" Gesäuse. And the best thing about it: you can book rangers. Whether individually or via one of the numerous tours, the rangers of the Gesäuse National Park make the unique nature an unforgettable experience unlike any other.

Visitor attractions: Walkable Ecological Footprint - awarded the Austrian Climate Protection Prize 2012 as well as barrier-free themed trails "Lettmair Au" and "Leierweg".

The entire Weidendom area is barrier-free!
