The Alpin Apartments G'ret are located on the quiet outskirts of Flachau in the Reitdorf district and combine modern Alpine living comfort with the natural atmosphere of the Salzburg region. These newly built vacation apartments offer plenty of space, privacy, and a relaxing base for a varied vacation in any season.
Two spacious apartments, each measuring approximately 90 m², are available. Apartment G'ret 1 features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to four people. Apartment G'ret 2 features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. The cozy living areas, abundant use of wood and stone, and lovingly selected details create a warm, natural atmosphere. Both vacation apartments feature a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Wi-Fi and a smart TV ensure comfort even during your downtime.
For winter sports enthusiasts, the location of the Alpin Apartments G'ret is particularly appealing: the family-friendly Monte Popolo ski area in Eben is just about 200 meters away. The free ski bus to Flachau stops right in front of the building, providing convenient access to Snow Space Salzburg. This means nothing stands in the way of enjoying the slopes in Flachau. As part of Ski amadé, the region offers access to a total of 760 kilometers of slopes. Cross-country trails are located right next to the apartment building, and a heated ski storage room with a boot dryer is also available.
Even off the slopes, the surrounding area offers numerous activities: winter hiking trails, toboggan runs, and other attractions in the Salzburg Sports World are within easy reach. You can leave your car in the free parking lot during your stay.
In summer, the Alpin Apartments G'ret are an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and family outings. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes pass by in the immediate vicinity. The swimming lake in Eben is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers a refreshing dip on warm summer days. A special experience for families is the KiTiWaPf—the children’s animal hiking trail—which is accessible directly from the apartment building.
Free mountain and city bikes are available for cyclists; e-bikes can be rented for a fee. A lockable bike garage provides secure storage for your own equipment. A charging station for electric cars is also available.
The Alpin Apartments G'ret offer numerous practical extras for a hassle-free vacation. A washing machine and dryer are available for free use, and towels and bed linens are provided. Upon request, a bread roll service is available with delivery from the local bakery. The property is smoke-free; dogs are allowed upon request. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

If only we could preserve the current weather, if only we could enjoy this fantastic Indian summer a bit longer! But “panta rhei” or “everything is in flux” particularly applies to the weather and therefore we will have to deal with a slight change. On Saturday, a weak weather front will reach our region.
