The flat is located in the centre of Schladming in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the Planai cable car.

In winter, guests can reach the entrance to the 4 - mountains - Planai ski area - Hochwurzen - Hauser Kaibling - Reiteralm in just a few minutes' walk.

Summer in Schladming promises a colourful programme of hiking, cycling and mountain bike tours and, for those interested, golf. All sports are easily accessible from the holiday flat Johanna Gerhardter.

The holiday flat offers an excellent view of the surrounding peaks of the Dachstein mountains.
