Our house is located directly at the valley station of the Planai West gondola and is the ideal entry point to the 4-mountain ski area Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm-Hauser Kaibling in winter.
In summer, the cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door.
The central bus stop at Lendplatz is only a few minutes' walk away. You will also find a large supermarket there. A leisurely walk of 5 minutes takes you to Schladming city center with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Our location allows for a car-free holiday all year round.
In summer, our quiet garden with comfortable garden furniture, deck chairs, children's play equipment and a new grill is available to all guests.
All winter guests can use our lockable and heated ski cellar and ski boot drying room.
Guests in our apartments can take advantage of the bread roll service from the local bakery.

If only we could preserve the current weather for a few days! But one of the oldest proverbs says “panta rhei” (“everything is in a state of flux”), and this particularly applies to the weather in Central Europe! After the sunshine of yesterday, the weather will deteriorate again. The cloud will gradually thicken and snow showers will arrive by evening.
