The cosy holiday flat for 2 to 5 people has a separate flat entrance and is the ideal starting point for a winter holiday with skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and a summer holiday with hiking, cycling or climbing.

Access to the 150 km long, perfectly groomed cross-country skiing trail in Ramsau am Dachstein is possible directly from the flat's front door. The 4-mountain ski area with Reiteralm, Hochwurzen, Planai and Hauser Kaibling is only a few minutes away by car.
