The centre of Flachau with many cafés, pubs, bars, restaurants, sports shops and the colourful Flachau nightlife are also in the immediate vicinity.

In summer, cycling and hiking trails can be found directly at Haus Teresa.  The large playground of the village with climbing tower and mini golf course is only 150 m away.
